Joy Holding Co was born from a conviction that business, done with integrity and love, is an act of worship.

The Foundation

Joy Holding Co was founded on a simple but profound belief: that every meal shared is a gift, and every business built with faith is a ministry. We didn't set out to build a restaurant group. We set out to build something that mattered.

The name Joy is drawn from the fruit of the Spirit, a joy that runs deeper than circumstance, that shows up in the warmth of a welcome, the care of a kitchen, and the faithfulness of a team. It is the kind of joy that endures through hard seasons and multiplies in good ones.

We chose Hawaii as our culinary home because the aloha spirit mirrors what we believe about hospitality: that it is not a transaction, but a posture. To welcome someone to your table is to honor them. That is what we do, every day, in every restaurant we build.
